5. Motor stand: install the vibration motor, the connection screws must be tightened before use, especially three days before the trial of the new sieve machine, it must be tightened repeatedly to avoid accidents caused by loosening.
6. Vibration damping spring: prevent the vibration from being transmitted to the ground and support the full weight of the screen box. The spring must be perpendicular to the ground during installation.
7. Support: It consists of four pillars and two channel steels, which support the screen box. The pillars must be perpendicular to the ground during installation. The channel steels under the two pillars should be parallel to each other.
1. Preparation before installation:
1. Check whether the motor nameplate meets the requirements.
2. Check the motor surface for damage and deformation.
3. Check the fasteners of the motor to prevent loosening.
4. Check the power supply for phase loss and run for 5 minutes with no load.
5, check whether the rotation is flexible, if there is any abnormality, it should be ruled out.
6. Measure the insulation resistance with a 500 volt megohmmeter. The value should be dried for the stator winding. The drying temperature cannot exceed 120 ° C.
Installation and adjustment:
1. The motor should be fastened on the mounting surface. The mounting surface must be smooth and flat.
2. The motor can be installed horizontally.
3. Adjustment of excitation force.
4. The motor should be reliably grounded. There is a grounding device in the motor, the lead end is marked, and the grounding bolt can also be used to ground.
5. The motor lead uses a four-core rubber cable YZ-500V. When the power supply is connected, the lead-out cable must not be sharply folded and reliably fixed with the vibration body.
Third, use and maintenance:
1. This machine should be equipped with electrical protection device.
2. At the beginning of the operation of the machine, check the anchor bolts at least once a day to prevent loosening.
3. When the motor rotation direction does not meet the requirements, adjust the power phase sequence.
4. When the machine is used again after being stopped for a long time, the insulation resistance should be measured. For 500 volt megohmmeter measurement, it should be greater than 0.5 megohm.
5. After the machine has been running for 1500 hours, the bearing should be checked, and it should be replaced immediately if there is serious damage.
6, the motor should ensure good lubrication, every two weeks or so to replenish lithium-based grease (ZL-3) once, when refueling, add an appropriate amount of lithium-based grease through the oil cup. When using sealed bearings, the motor is not fitted with an oil cup.
